How can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked online at USPS once the shipping confirmation is sent, check spam if you do not receive an email or contact support for tracking number.

What if my items become lost or stolen?

CoveredUp is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. Once items are shipped out CoveredUp has no responsibility for items that become lost or stolen. All packages are insured. Please contact USPS for further assistance if such incidents occur. 

 

When will my items ship or become ready for pickup?

Orders will be processed Monday-Saturday 9a-4p, anything after 4p will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Days

All Orders will ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 

Orders placed on Monday & Tuesday will be shipped Wednesday (after 4pm Tuesday orders will ship next shipping day) 

Orders placed on Wednesday & Thursday will be shipped Friday (after 4pm Thursday orders will ship next shipping day).

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday (after 4pm Sunday orders will ship next shipping day) 

For pre-orders add 7-10 days from the time of your order.

STREET NAME, HOUSE NUMBER, APARTMENT NUMBER) COVEREDUP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS WITH SHIPPING ADDRESSES DUE TO AN ERROR ON YOUR BEHALF. IF IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED OR LOST IT IS NOW AN ISSUE WITH YOU AND USPS!

Pick Up

Pickup items will be ready for pickup within 1-2 days after processing unless otherwise stated in product description (7-10 for pre-order).

Please check our store open hours for pick up times.

When placing an order for pick up leave your best contact number. You will then be contacted with open hours for the week your order is ready for pick up. You have 30 days to pick up your order from the time that you were contacted about it being ready for pick up. After the 30 day mark you will then be charged an inconvenience fee for holding your purchase here longer than the 30 day mark. You will have to pay that fee to receive your order unless you opt for shipping. Please consider this is a small business and we do not have the space to hold a lot of orders. Thank you for understanding.

Do you ship International?

Not at the moment. 

 

 

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges unless item is damaged. CoveredUp apologizes for any inconvenience, please order items accordingly. If you need help with sizing please contact us.
